Mr. ELAVARASAN is the Promoter, Managing Director of our Company. He is one of directors of our Company and has been on our board since the incorporation of our Company. In our Company, he focuses primarily on capital allocation, secretarial responsibilities, audit, legal agreements vetting, petition drafting, due diligence, valuation-related tasks, and guiding, expertise transcends the realm of finance, as he adeptly oversees and manages various operational facets including supply chain, He holds a bachelor’s degree in BE (ELECTRICAL and ELECTRONICS) from, ANNA UNIVERSITY.
